Every project is quoted individually.
The right fee depends on your text: how complex it is, the level of editing it needs, the style you work to and how quickly you need it…
So instead of publishing a one-size price, I quote each project on its own terms once I’ve seen a representative sample. That way, you get a fair, accurate quote for the work your text actually needs, and I can give it the care it deserves.
As a guide, copyediting starts from £45 an hour and proofreading from £40 an hour, with the final fee depending on the text and the turnaround.
